Philip Wilheit, Sr.

Philip began working at Wilheit Packaging Materials right out of college and now has 40 years experience in the Packaging business. He has worked in all facets of the organization–warehousing, delivery, purchasing, sales and management. He currently serves as President and Managing Partner. Philip has been very active in civic affairs on the state and local level, having served as Chairman of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce in 2001 and currently serves on the Georgia Department of Economic Development and also the Commission for a New Georgia. He has been Chairman of the Gainesville/Hall Development Authority for the last 30 years. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Gainesville Bank and Trust and Chairman of GBTBankshares.

David Chester

David received is BBA from Shorter College in 1973. David came to Wilheit Packaging in 1975 from First Federal Savings and Loan to manage the warehouse. In 1980 David transitioned to office work, handling all of the purchasing and to advance in sales. David did both of these until Wilheit Packaging was sold to Unisource at which time he began selling full time at Wilheit Packaging. David specializes in the poultry industry.

Jerry Coker

Graduating from West Georgia in 1974 with a BA degree in Political Science and a BS in Business Administration, Jerry joined Wilheit Packaging in 1975 as a Sales Representative. One of his specialties with Wilheit Packaging is setting up off site warehouses and establishing Vendor Management Programs. Jerry has established warehouses and V.M.I. in Texas, California, Illinois, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Mexico.

Paul Braza

Educated at Georgia Tech, and receiving an MBA degree from Breneau University, Paul has been in the packaging business for (27) years with 25 of those years at Wilheit Packaging. Since Paul has been at Wilheit Packaging he has performed duties as Managing Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, and other staff functions.

Steven Brock

Graduating from Wofford College with a B.A. in Finance in 1987, Steven started with Wilheit Packaging in 1990. From 1990 to 1996, Steven was the company Controller. In 1996, when Unisource bought Wilheit Packaging, Steven was the Operations Manager and a Salesman. In 2000, Georgia Pacific bought Unisource at which point Steven began working full-time in sales. Steven is now HR manager and a Packaging Salesman specializing in corrugated, poly films, and folding cartons.

Philip Wilheit, Jr.

Graduating from Mercer University in 2000 with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, Philip did not immediately go to work for Wilheit Packaging.   Growing up Philip had spent most of his high school and college years working in different areas of Wilheit Packaging over the summers but his later college years at Siemens Automotive in internships inside and outside the United States.  For two years after graduation Philip moved to Virginia then to Germany and then onto China where he lived and worked in different divisions before leaving Siemens too return to the states to get his Masters in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University.  After Philip completed his masters he joined Wilheit Packaging in 2004 and later in 2007 became a partner.   In the years since Philip has been with Wilheit Packaging he has focused on bringing in new product lines, building a turnkey waste and recycling division and breaking into new geographical markets of Georgia.
